18 Tai Seng is a nine-storey high-specification mixed-use industrial development, comprising Business 2 industrial, office and retail spaces. It is connected directly by an underground pedestrian link to Tai Seng MRT station
They have an interesting range of restaurants, cafes and eateries. 18 Tai Seng food options are diverse. From Mos Burger (fast food) to Gong Yuan Mala and Hawker Chan (Chinese food) to Took Lae Dee (Thai food) to Sunny Korean and many more!

Alchemist HQ @ Khong Guan Building
Housed in a national heritage landmark, Alchemist @ Khong Guan Building is their flagship outlet coupled with a roastery. They designed an open concept coffee bar to remove barriers between customers and their baristas.

The Commerze @ Irving
The Commerze @ Irving fuses the rhythms of efficiency and enjoyment, bringing together exciting retail shops and delightful F&B outlets. There a many cafe/eatery options located on Level 1.
Our recommendations are The Good Boys or Boneless Kitchen (for healthier options) or Koat Aroy for Authentic Thai Cuisine.
