We take pride in every order made and we want to make sure that every item sent out will be in its perfect condition. There will be no exchange or refunds for items purchased as all items will be checked thoroughly before delivery.

By submitting your order implies your agreement to our terms and conditions, and your confirmation of the item. We will always do our very best to display colours of our products as close as possible to their original colours. We will also need your cooperation as the resolution of your monitor screen does affect the colour you see, thus we cannot assure that the colours you see on your screen will be the exact the same as the product's. An order confirmation email will be sent to you. 

Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed and another 2-3 working days for delivery. 

If you opted for a delivery option for your finished artwork made during our workshops, please allow a drying duration of about 7 days. Once your artwork has been completely dried, we will have it couriered to you in another 2-3 working days.
