How to Redeem Your $100 SG Culture Pass Credits?
As part of the official SG Culture Pass campaign, all Singaporeans can use their credits with us.
How To Claim Your SG Culture Pass Credits:
SG Culture Pass Credits can be accessed and utilised from 1 September 2025.
Visit SG Culture Pass Website.
Log in with your Singpass to verify your profile.
Upon successful verification, you will be able use the $100 credits on eligible arts and heritage events.
You can find the list of eligible events on the SG Culture Pass website.

How to Redeem the Balloon Splatter Workshop Using Your SG Culture Pass Credits:
Book your Balloon Splatter Art Workshop here, starting 1 September 2025.
Click on ‘Buy Tickets’ to select your preferred date/time, ticket type, and quantity and click ‘Add To Cart’.
Log into your Sistic Account or checkout as guest to make payment.
In the payment section, select ‘SG Culture Pass’ to use your credits for your purchase. If the amount exceeds your credits, you may top up the difference using other paymen methods, such as credit card or PayNow.

Launched during SG60, the SG Culture Pass is an initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) to support Singapore’s arts and heritage scene.
From 1 September 2025, Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above will receive $100 in credits to enjoy eligible events.

For security reasons, SG Culture Pass credits can only be claimed by an individual through their personal Singpass account.

Yes, you can use your SG Culture pass credits to purchase tickets and share the purchased tickets with your friends and family.

No, your SG Culture Pass credits will be applied in full to offset the cost of the tickets.
If SG Culture Pass credits is selected as the payment method, the event price must be fully paid with SG Culture Pass credits in the first instance.
Top ups using other methods (PayNow, Credit Card) are only available if the event price exceeds your available SG Culture Pass credits.
